On Oct. 27, 2014 at 6:30 P.M.\u00a0 Michael Kovacevich will present his newest program:\u00a0 Hannibal Hamlin, Abraham Lincoln’s First Vice President & Gideon Welles, Secretary of the Navy under President Abraham Lincoln and President Andrew Johnson<\/strong><\/p>\n Mr.\u00a0 Kovacevich is a local, well known authority on the American Civil War. This will be a new presentation.<\/p>\n We will meet at 5:30 P.M. for social time and a brief business meeting, Program to begin at 6:30 P.M. It will run about an hour.<\/p>\n Mr.\u00a0 Kovacevich will also have available for purchase:<\/p>\n Paperback book: HANNIBAL HAMLIN (62 pages) Bring a friend, neighbor, grandchildren all are welcome.<\/p>\n Our dues are\u00a0 $5 q person and $10 for family.<\/p>\n Refreshments, homemade cookies by Chryse Brown and there will be other snacks.
