There will be a short business meeting before the presentation.
\nRemember- this is our official annual business meeting.<\/p>\n
Ted Dudre from the Friends of Fort Laurens will give a presentation about the history of the fort and dreams for the future of the site.<\/p>\n
Ted is a retired 35 year science teacher at Plain Local schools in Canton.\u00a0 He also taught at Home school cooperative for four years after that.<\/p>\n
He lives in the City of Green where he is the vice president of the Green Historical Society.\u00a0 They have just saved the only two room schoolhouse in the area and have several projects being planned to save Green history.<\/p>\n
Ted re-enacts 4 time eras and considers himself a genealogist and amateur historian.\u00a0\u00a0 He is also involved with Plain Local Historical Society, Summit county Historical Society and Ohio Historical Connection.<\/p>\n
